IMPORTANT For your privacy account passwords are secured on our servers. The only way to recover a forgotten password is by resetting your account. Resetting your account requires you to have access to check the email account you signed up with. If you can not check the account you signed up with your account is unrecoverable through the automated system. To recover a password for an email address you can no longer check please contact support, jdelnero@activefundinggroup.com.
When you enter your email information below your account will be put into confirmation status. You will then be emailed a confirmation code which you can use to re-activate your account. After re-activation your password will then be reset to an auto-generated strong password. This password will be emailed to you so you can use it to log in and recover your account.
